1. 30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. Non-serialized accessories, tools, and tactical gear in brand new, unopened, and original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

2. Restricted & Non-Returnable Items

Due to federal regulations and strict safety protocol, the following restrictions apply to returns:

• NFA Items & Suppressors: All suppressor sales are final once Form 4 paperwork has been submitted to the ATF or once the item has been transferred.
• Serialized Receivers: Firearm receivers and complete lower assemblies are non-returnable once transferred from an FFL dealer.
• Ammunition & Clearance Hardware: Non-returnable due to safety compliance standards.

3. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping error from Griffin Armament.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact our support team at sales@griffin-armament.com with your order number and photo verification of the unopened item.
