2. Firearm & NFA Compliance

Griffin Armament strictly adheres to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the manufacture, sale, and transfer of firearms, suppressors, and firearm accessories. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all items ordered are legal in their state or local jurisdiction before completing purchase.

• All NFA items (including sound suppressors) must ship to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) with a valid Special Occupational Tax (SOT).
• All serialized lower receivers must ship directly to a licensed FFL dealer.
• Purchasers must pass required ATF background checks prior to taking possession of controlled items.
